How much does a corporate drone show cost?
Cost depends mainly on the number of drones — every show scales to your event, venue and budget, drawn from a fleet of up to 1000 drones — as well as the duration and complexity of the choreography, the venue and any combination with fireworks, lasers or projection mapping. Share your brief and you'll receive a clear, itemised quote for your corporate event.
How many drones are needed to form our logo?
There's no fixed number: every show is custom and scales to your event, venue and budget, drawn from a fleet of up to 1000 drones. Bigger events get more drones for more detail, colour and motion; more intimate moments or simpler symbols and text need fewer. In the creative proposal we'll recommend the ideal scale for your specific logo.
Can the drone show take place indoors?
Large light shows are designed for outdoor venues, where the sky becomes the canvas and a flat, secured area with wind under 6 m/s is required. For indoor events, specialised small-fleet solutions exist; tell us your venue and we'll propose the right approach.
How far in advance should we book?
We need at least about one month's notice to secure HCAA permits, design the choreography and inspect the site. For large brand activations or peak periods, we recommend reaching out as early as possible.
Do you provide a media kit for press and social after the show?
Yes. We deliver professional video and photography of the show, ready for press releases, social media and future campaigns — so your brand's reach continues long after the final flight.
